Itinerary and Details

Perge Ancient City
:
Perge has a history dating back to around 1000 BC and is one of the most important ancient cities of the Pamphylia region. The city flourished during the Hellenistic period after the conquests of Alexander the Great in 333 BC. The Roman period was the peak of Perge’s development, as evidenced by its city walls, stadium, temples, and agora.
  • Perge is considered the birthplace of Aphrodite (Venus) in Greek mythology. There was even a Temple of Aphrodite here. Additionally, figures such as Tiresias and Mopsos, famous oracles, are also featured in the city's mythology.
Aspendos Ancient City
:
Aspendos, founded in the 10th century BC, is one of the most developed cities in the Pamphylia region. The most important structure of the city is the Aspendos Theatre, built during the reign of Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius. It remains one of the best-preserved Roman theatres today. The city is renowned for its wealth and cultural influence, particularly during the Roman period.

Side Ancient City:

Side, established in the 7th century BC, was one of Pamphylia's most important port cities. During the Roman period, Side grew wealthy and became a significant cultural center. The Temple of Apollo, the Ancient Theatre, and the Agoraare symbols of the city's power and grandeur during the Roman period.
  • In Greek mythology, Side is known as a cult center for Apollo and Artemis. The city’s name is derived from a mythological character named Side. The city is also associated with the tragic story of Phaethon, the son of the god Apollo, who lost control of his father’s sun chariot, bringing disaster to the world.
Lunch:
A restaurant in the Side or Manavgat area (a pre-selected restaurant)
A rich local lunch.
*Drinks will be offered to guests at an additional cost.

Manavgat Waterfall
:
Manavgat Waterfall is located on the Manavgat River and is one of the region's most important natural beauties. The waterfall forms from the merging of waters from surrounding mountains, creating a stunning landscape due to the flow rate of the water. Unlike the ancient cities, the history of Manavgat is more rooted in its natural richness than in ancient ruins.
